Nestled beween Long Beach Township's communities of North Beach and Loveladies is the quiet Borough of Harvey Cedars, a quiet and active summer community. Special events are often held at the Municple Park and the Fire House.

The beach may be accessed from any street.
There is a children's beach at 77th Street.

Parking
During the summer, parking is available on most side streets. There are handicapped parking areas located near the beach entrance ramps on Mercer Avenue and 80th Street.
There is municipal parking at Sunset Park and in front of the public works yard between Salem and Passaic Aves.
BayView Park in Brant Beach has a parking lot, as does BayFront Park and the Recreation Center.
Restrooms
Showers and Restrooms are available at Sunset Park on West Salem Ave.
Facilities are available at the Recreation Center and in Brant Beach at BayView Park. Restrooms are also located in Loveladies at Harbor South.
