Surf City
General Information
Surf City has a permanent population of almost 1400, but during the summer season, the area is host to several thousands of vacationers.
Division Street serves as the North - South dividing line on the island. Cross streets that intersect Long Beach Boulevard are numbered from here, extending South to 133rd Street in Beach Haven Terrace and North to 87th Street where you enter Loveladies.

Beaches
There is a designated surfing area is between First and Third streets. Fishing is allowed from North 23rd to North 25th streets. There is a bayside beach near 15th Street and Barnegat Avenue.
Ocean front beaches are accessed from all side streets.

Parking
Parking is allowed on Long Beach Blvd. and all side streets unless otherwise posted. Each side street has two handicapped parking spaces at the beach entrance.

Restrooms are available at the Borough Hall.
